Everyone has heard about the fashion police. But how exactly do they look like? Everyone must be wondering where the headquarters of this squad might be and what they wear to work.

This enabled me to draw inspiration off the actual police squad we all have gotten so accustomed with.

Since most of the police squads all over the world prefer the color white, I have utilized it as my base color and have chosen stretch cotton twill as my base. To compliment it, I have selected denim because denim is one of the most versatile fabrics around. It can come in various colors and can provide various textures depending on the treatment. It can be rigid, and it can be soft.

Denim is also the perfect choice to compliment white twill because I will be toying around with the idea of contrast for my collection. Although denim will not be my base fabric, it plays an essential role in bringing the edgy nature of my designs to life.

White cotton twill fabric will be embellished and adorned with denim strips, denim bias taping, and denim piping. These adornments will provide structure and form to the garments. Contrast stitching will also be used to give emphasis on the lines.
