Description
Some 3 years ago when I was still in university taking up fashion design, I had the biggest problem looking for croquis I can use. Finals for our Fashion Figure Sketching classes often required us to sketch about 100 fashion figures (all 4 Fashion Figure Sketching classes!).
Being the lazy boy that I am, I would search the net for croquis for reference. Unfortunately, I couldn't trace the figures because we were required to use eggshell paper which is unbelievably thick.
Anyway, back then I wasn't able to find croquis suitable for use. I tried searching DA this morning and to my surprise there still aren't that many croquis that I consider "FASHION" (meaning emotive poses) enough... or their legs are rather short. LOL! I'd like to think my fashion figures' legs would put barbie's legs to shame!
So here.. I made a few rough sketches of my own... I didn't bother polishing them or removing the construction lines so some people can learn from it...
If you're a fashion design student or aspiring to be one, feel free to use them. Just be kind enough to show me some completed works.

Thank you so so so much for putting these up. I've been looking for newer poses since I started drawing fashions, and because I absolutely suck at anatomy, I have needed croquis for help. I've used some by jvardon and that's about all. I always draw the chest too wide, legs too long and arms to thick. Thank you again, and please be on the lookout for some of my art, using your croquis.
